When we decided to build a home we sought out Dave Ott Homes based on their reputation of excellence. We were not disappointed! Construction began in spring of 2000, the house was completed and ready for occupancy July 2001. In no time we were positive our decision to hire Dave Ott was the right one. He truly listened with a clear understanding of the vision we had of our home. Dave had wonderful, creative suggestions. His precise attention to detail and proportion enabled him to implement his ideas. The materials used in our house are of the highest grade and we are very pleased with the quality of his product. Sandy is such a sweet person and a real joy to work with. She led us by the hand every step of the way directing and assisting us with the selection of cabinetry, lighting, finishes, colors, floor coverings and even some furniture. During our construction phase Dave and Sandy became an extension of our family. We had a very positive and enjoyable experience during the entire construction process of our home. My husband and I are as thrilled with our home today as we were when we first moved in.
